1. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Avenlo collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you access our websites, applications, and related services.

If you access Avenlo through an organization account, your organization may act as the data controller for certain workspace data and may define additional rules for your account usage.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect account and profile information you provide directly, such as name, email address, and authentication metadata. We also process workspace content you choose to upload or create, including notebook files, prompts, outputs, and collaboration activity.

We automatically collect usage and technical telemetry such as IP address, browser and device information, session-level events, and performance diagnostics to operate, secure, and improve Avenlo.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, maintain your account, process billing, support collaboration features, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.

We may also use aggregated and de-identified data for product analytics, capacity planning, reliability improvements, and abuse prevention.

4. How We Share Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run Avenlo, such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and payment processors, under contractual obligations to protect your information.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Avenlo and our users.

5. Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and, where permitted, measure traffic and product usage with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Where required by law, we ask for consent before enabling optional analytics cookies. You can update your cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we continuously improve our controls and monitoring.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also request that we review specific processing activities where local law provides that right.

8. International Data Transfers

Avenlo may process data in multiple regions where we or our providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required by applicable law.

9. Children

Avenlo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
