By accessing or using Avenlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Avenlo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
3. Service Scope
Avenlo provides cloud-hosted notebooks with AI-powered workflows for technical analysis, coding, and research. Features may evolve over time and may differ by subscription plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by violating applicable laws, interfering with service operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using Avenlo to create or distribute malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in your workspaces. You grant Avenlo the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, and product quality.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Avenlo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenlo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Avenlo at any time and request account deletion consistent with applicable obligations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Avenlo operates, unless mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
