1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Avenlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Avenlo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
3. Service Scope
Avenlo provides cloud-hosted notebooks with AI-powered workflows for technical analysis, coding, and research. Features may evolve over time and may differ by subscription plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by violating applicable laws, interfering with service operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using Avenlo to create or distribute malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in your workspaces. You grant Avenlo the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Avenlo uses a bucket-based credit system. Credits may be included with your plan or purchased separately as top-ups. Free-period credits and subscription-period credits are granted for a specific billing period and expire at the end of that period if unused. They do not roll over.
Free accounts receive 3,000 included credits per calendar month. Paid accounts receive those same 3,000 included credits plus the credits attached to the active paid plan for the same Polar subscription period. As of June 3, 2026, Basic includes 19,000 plan credits per subscription period and Pro includes 99,000 plan credits per subscription period, for total included period allocations of 22,000 and 102,000 credits respectively.
Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire at the end of a billing period and remain attached to your account until used. However, purchased credits are spendable only while you have an active paid subscription period. If your paid subscription ends, unused top-up credits remain on your account but may not be used again unless and until a new active paid subscription period begins.
When credits are consumed, Avenlo deducts them in the following order: free-period credits first, subscription-period credits second, and purchased credits last. If usage begins with a reservation, Avenlo allocates that reservation against specific credit buckets and later consumes final usage from those same bucket allocations, releasing any unused reserved amount back to the originating buckets.
Top-up purchases are available only to accounts with an active paid subscription. If you change from one paid plan to another in the same subscription period, Avenlo may grant only the difference needed to bring the current period up to the target plan allocation rather than issuing a second full grant for the same period.
If you cancel a paid subscription, the subscription ordinarily remains active until the end of the already-paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout, by the billing provider, or as required by law. During that remaining paid-through period, purchased credits remain spendable.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, and product quality.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Avenlo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenlo and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Avenlo at any time and request account deletion consistent with applicable obligations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Avenlo operates, unless mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
